I love to laugh and enjoy all of life's pleasures. I know we've heard it all before but life's too short! I love living in San Antonio and think it's a great city for entertainment, the arts, dining, shopping and just plain living...and don't forget Fiesta! I want to date someone who I can joke with AND have intellectual conversations with.

I enjoy going to sporting events, but I don't want to date someone who is consumed with them. I don't feel the need for constant conversation when I'm with someone -- silence is often underrated.

I love traveling and would love to explore Texas some more -- go to the coast, see the lights at Marfa, visit Fort Worth for a weekend (what a fun place!), visit historical sites. I love Nashville, but I have yet to go to Memphis (and yes, I want to see Graceland). New Orleans? Don't know if I'm up for a visit post-Katrina but if you're game we can give it a try. I'm planning a trip this summer to Italy and France and am very excited about that! I'm a city girl all the way. Getaways to the country are nice...but don't expect me to camp. I like visiting museums, Spurs games, going to comedy clubs, plays and lectures. I like going out to eat but I also love cooking special meals at home.

Things I don't like: people who try to push their religion or politics on you; NASCAR; fantasy sports; arrogant or rude people; lousy tippers; lack of table manners. I don't want to end this profile on a negative note, so just let me add that I'm level-headed, intelligent, passionate and compassionate. I don't come with baggage ... I read a great line in someone's profile that the only baggage they want comes with wheels and a handle. Absolutely! I'm big on mutual respect, and want to find someone out there who complements -- and doesn't duplicate -- my nature.
