Who am I? I am just me, not average, very unique. I have overcome many obstacles in my life which have made me more aware of the beauty of life. Planting flowers, walking through a meadow, observing a momma bird feeding her hatchlings...the little things in life are just some of the things that bring me joy.

My life is a good life, a simple life yet very enjoyable. I have two wonderful boys that are my life. They are now teenagers and I think enjoy my spending time with them more than need it now, which leaves me more time for me and for looking for my partner, my best friend, my soul-mate. I am positive that I will find him someday, I'm not in a hurry...been a widow for almost 10 years. My theory, good things comes to those who wait. Proof: I am finally going back to college to finish my degree...something I didn't think I would get to do.

My requests:

* Please be at least my age or older. I am not one of those ladies looking for a younger man.

* Please have a job and goals for the future. I am not rich, but I support myself and my children just fine. I am not looking for a rich man but I do not want finances to be an issue between us.

* Please already have your children or not want to have any of your own. I have raised my children, had them early so I could enjoy their childhoods with them. I love kids and am open to my partner having his own, but cannot have any more, so do not want to start a relationship with someone looking to have children.

* Be positive and open to new things. I have started putting together a wish list I want to complete and want my partner to be ready and able to join me. Nothing dangerous, well, ok, not too dangerous.
