Hi! I just finished my first year of teaching at a school in Edgecombe County. I teach 5th grade science/social studies. I teach 3 classes a day with 90 students total. I love my job and I am very hard working. Of course during the school year my weekdays are pretty busy, but I can't wait for the weekends. I consider myself adventurous and I am usually up for anything. I like to go out with friends, to concerts in Raleigh, movies, sporting events, etc. I like going tailgating and to ECU football games during the fall. I enjoy grilling out and having drinks with friends when it's nice outside. I played piano for years, so I like going to see the symphony and other musical performances. I love going to ammusement parks and riding roller coasters. I love to travel and would like to meet someone who enjoys the same. I just got back from a 2 week trip to the Northwest. My favorite spot to go is the mountains. I try to go a couple of times a year, especially in the winter to go snow skiing. I'm also in the process of trying to get into grad school for the spring semester next year.

I have a few extra pounds that I am working on losing. Someone who is trying to do the same might be ideal for me so I can have a workout buddy. I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. I am looking for someone who is loyal, dependable, and fun to be around. I appreciate people who keep their word and follow through on what they say. I want someone who likes to go out ocassionally, but can just hang out at home too. Being comfortable around someone is the most important thing. I love to laugh and make people laugh, so a sense of humor is a must! Also, someone who doesn't give up easily. I know relationships take work I want someone who is willing to work at it and not give up at the first bump in the road. I am very independent so I don't want someone who will smother me. I want someone who will be there for me, but has their own life at the same time. I like someone who is outgoing, but doesn't always have to be the life of the party. I'm not trying to sound too picky, but I've learned the more details you put in the more people know what you're looking for. Hopefully this might sound like you. I look forward to hearing from you
