Nearing retirement, with a 20 yr old daughter, I'm ready to start the next phase of my life. I've started doing the things again that I put on hold for so many years: folk & country dancing, traveling for pleasure, going out to hear my friends play music. I'm an honest, down-to-earth, intelligent, dependable, good-hearted woman. I enjoy seeing new places & trying new things, so I want to be with someone who has a similar sense of adventure. I'm not a Barbie, but I'm not looking for Ken, either. I'm more interested in a man's character, heart & spirit, and how he treats me, than I am in how good looking he may be on the outside. The things that attract me to a man are honesty, intelligence, good manners, and the ability & willingness to communicate thoughts & feelings.
