Music is my blood. If you cut me I will bleed a mixture of Coltrane, Earth, Wind and Fire, Kurt Weill and Adam Ant. And not necessarily in that order.

I am in Grad school for Music History and Library Science. I also think it is important to use your talents for the good of mankind and am endeavoring to do so.

I just started swing dancing and am in the process of putting together a rockabilly band. I will be on vox, guitar and split.

I L-O-V-E Chicago and plan on moving there as soon as my cute little butt can get a decent job (hence the double degree- one can't be too sure). My life would be complete if I could get into a musical sketch comedy show AND sing in a funk band once I get there. I might also love other cities like it, but haven't had a chance to travel as much as I would like. I just need a city that never sleeps and has more creative arts and improv than you can shake a stick at.

And I'm a stick shaker my friends, oh yes I am.
