Do you remember that feeling in the pit of your stomach when you met someone new and you just clicked? The sweetness of the first kiss? The distracted feeling until you saw them again? The anticipation and urgency the first time you made love? The afterglow? I do! And I want to feel that feeling again. I am coming out of a marriage that has gone nowhere for the last 10 years. I want to find that feeling again. Life is too short not to try for happiness. I am older and experienced, at peace within myself. I am retired and financially secure, physically fit and active. I ski in the winter, race sailboats in the summer. Love good food and drinkable wine, books, music and movies. Now that I am retired I plan to catch up with all the things I put off because I thought making a living was important; hike the Appalachian Trail, learn to fly a sailplane, learn to play golf and fly fish.

I am an avid sailor and love sailing in New England, the rocky coast of Maine, the tree lined shore of Connecticut. New England is beautiful in the summer but its winters leave something to be desired. I would rather be someplace warm for the winters, Florida or maybe New Zealand.

I'd like to find a woman who has the leisure and interest in extended travel. She should be happy with herself and what life has brought her. Someone with wide ranging interests both physical intellectual, physically fit and active. An interest in sailing would make her perfect.
