About charming_humble1
I want to start by saying I’m very humble… I’m also extremely intelligent, very well spoken, incredibly good looking, I have an amazing sense of humor, adventurous, out going, kind hearted, honest, I have a strong personality, but can also be very patient, understanding, and gentle. So while I’m being over the top and joking… the good news is these are all true ;-) I still consider myself fairly new to Dallas. I moved here from Laguna Beach, CA. I know… why? It was only supposed to be for 3 months on a consulting contract, but I decided to stay. Most of my family is in CA, so I go visit them all the time. I love to travel, I love to do new things. Recently I took my first flying lesson, it was amazing! I like being around positive, intelligent, open-minded people who I can see eye to eye with on some things and who I can have a friendly debate on something we disagree on and walk away friends respecting each other. I love experiencing new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures. I speak a little Spanish (I can get by) also a little French (I've used this less than Spanish, so I'm very rusty), I would like to learn more (if you speak another language, that's a big plus). I like people who want more out of life, and are willing to give more. I'm not a big fan of negative people. I think it's good to know what you want, I think it's better to know why you want it. Got questions? Want to know more, get in touch with me. My match would be someone who I have some things in common with, and other things in our lives that are totally different (I like being around people who have something to offer). Someone positive, fun, smart (you don't need to have a PhD, but you need to know how to spell it :-). My match doesn't have to look like model, but I must find her attractive. If you're into golf or tennis let me know... I'm not that good, but I'm starting to play a little more. Looking for a partner.
Update - I just got back from Rio de Janeiro. It was gorgeous. Probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen. I went for 7 days to visit some friends, then my return flight got canceled and I got "stranded" there for another 4 days at a 5 star resort on Copacabana beach courtesy of American Airlines! Thank you AA for overbooking your flights!
Update - I just got back from another trip. I went to a friends wedding in St. Thomas, had a great time. While on that trip I stopped in Puerto Rico for 4 days to check it out. My new favorite thing is Mofongo! (Mashed fried green plantains.) I went on a hike through the Rain Forest, Kayaking and swimming in bioluminescent bay (that was one of the most amazing experiences of my life), and another hike to the 3rd largest underground river in the world.
Update - I just got back from another trip. This was the longest trip I've ever been on. It was for business, a promotional tour. We went to London, Madrid, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. What an experience! Around the world in 16 days. On the trip we got to go on an African Safari, I went to Nelson Mandela's house, and we spent an evening with an African tribe for dinner! I also spoke in front of one of the largest audiences I ever have, over 3, 000 people!
