Scraped off the friends pallet a few months ago. Couldn't figure out why it's o.k. for someone you've known all your life to treat you with less respect than they would extend to a common stranger. The long distance thing has faded into oblivion, and I can't stand the idea of hanging in a bar just to make some new friends. Turns out the library is kind of a dud too, but the Tattered Cover moved, and you get looked at sideways if you go to the zoo more than once a month.
