About author
Interests: flying, skiing (snow and water), horseback riding, skydiving, motorcycling, photography, and many other interests
About me...
Hmm... it's difficult to describe myself. My personality is a dichotomy in and of itself. On one hand, I love adrenaline-fueled activities such as flying and skydiving. And on the other, I am just as comfortable snuggling up to my special someone on a comfortable couch with a good DVD. Go figure!
I'm looking for...
Ahh... the mystery of it all. Message me and we'll discuss it.
About my job...
My life is that of a scribe. I write historical religious fiction. Mmm... think about that--historical fiction? If that's not an oxymoron! What I mean is, the story line is a product of my imagination, but the framework of the novel has its basis in actual historical events.
The novel I am currently writing is titled, ALIAS. Sure to be quite the controversial tome, it will be published in hardcover in October of 2008. Think The Da Vinci Code ...on steroids!
I am also the founder of a not-for-profit corporation called The Institute for Global Enlightment (IGE). So, between writing and operating IGE, I keep myself fairly busy.
My favorite dish or recipe...
It's hard for me to decide this one. I would say it's probably a three-way tie between Mexican, Thai and French.
My last good read...
What author wouldn't recommend his own riveting novel? You simply must read ALIAS when it's published in October of 2008.
However, if we are talking about "other" authors, my recommendations would be:
1. The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown
2. The Alexandria Link by Steve Berry
3. The Jesus Papers by Michael Baigent
4. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
5. The Magic of Believing by Claude M. Bristol
That's enough to get you started, don't you think? Email me if you'd like to know more.
Warm regards,
Michael
