Hi,

I am in pretty good shape, I enjoy hiking local mountains, working on my house, reading, studying and learning new things everyday. I ride a motorcycle in the better weather which I love. I enjoy sports but I am not a fanatic about anything. I believe in moderation. I have a dog full-time and kids on alternate weekends. I do some yoga but I am basically a meat and potatoes guy who will eat veggies but does not usually prepare them when eating alone. This is one of my New Years resolutions... to eat more whole food and less processed food.

I am generally politically liberal especially in the face of our recent swing to conservatism. I spent time as a business owner and in big business where I worked in finance and technology so I am familiar with both sides of the street.
