i am told i am a one-of-a-kind, most unusual person, excellent conversationalist, too deep for my own good, but can be silly, playful and lighthearted with the right person who has compatable sense of humour and with whom i am at ease, , intelligent, not snobby or judgemental, like people of all walks of life as long as they have a good heart, i do enjoy well educated persons but honesty, tenderness, character and heart more important than knowledge, live down in the trenches of life yet am intellectual, even more to the point, cerebral also, i wear no mask, persona or phoniness, not trying to win or convince anyone of anything. i rather expose all my shortcomings at the outset and vice versa, then no unpleasant surprises later. into genuine nitty gritty relating and good at it too. seek true intimacy, affection, lots of cuddling, am self educated, in philosophy, psychology, medicine, understanding human behavior, animal behavior. always looking behind and beneath the world around me for greater understanding, believe nothing is what it seems, that the reality of anything is many layered and multi faceted... i have recently watched my husband of many years die in a terrible way from cancer that dragged out for a long time. i took care of him. doing so was a huge challenge but love conquered many issues for me so i grew and learned. i want to enjoy myself now and he wanted that for me. i am especially looking to meet various people, get to know the special ones and see how it feels, who i am compatable with. since i have never really dated in my life due to illness i dont have a clear profile of what i am seeking..other than obviously would enjoy someone like myself. but i am not expecting to find that and am open to other possibilities! i am also a dog breeder, used to show and train dogs, worked for a vet.. and my life is fairly involved with dogs. that is not my highest interest, but it has been an important one. my dogs help keep me sane in a crazy worlds. the photo is from 10 years ago.
