I am and always have been a composer/performer of music. I still travel selectively at times playing music, and perform locally. Music is amazingly healing and wonderful, and has been a blessing in my life.

I awake every morning joyful and free of any judgments, looking with wonder at the day before me. I really don't fret the small stuff and my on going affirmation is "this is the favorite moment of my whole life". I am relaxed in a room by myself, or with others. I love to be in nature, playing guitar or meditating, in love...
I am ageless and in radiant health. another bliss for me is growing organic food. For many years I grew about 90% of my food needs. I am also mostly vegetarian but make no judgment on those who aren't. I'm most happy and connected (love*) when I'm doing something for someone else. For me the bi-product of service is Joy.* My needs are small and I try and live in a way that is friendly to the environment.
I love anything creative. I am very connected when doing something creative! I love to travel, even with a moments notice.
