When the right man comes along in my life at the right time, we will both know it. I also know that destiny is achieved through conscious decisions. I am willing to make many changes in my life for the right relationship, up to and including relocating. I trust my one true match will be willing to make the same concession if that is the best path for the relationship. The man of my dreams will consider the importance of that decision from both sides of the fence.

With a very independent nature, I have not married the two men who asked me and the one who told me. I did not marry them because I knew none was the right match for me. There's only one thing in this world to me that is worse than a weak woman and that is a weak man. If and when I ever do marry, I want to go into the relationship knowing it will be "once, for keeps." I have no (human) children but I love children. I am open to the possibility of adopting a child or two in the future.

Animals are the guardians of Nature. If we don't take care of them, we are not respecting Nature. Without Nature, we have nothing. I have (4) cats and (1) retired horse (Max, a/k/a The Wonder Horse - - you've heard of him, right? :) I plan to adopt (2) dogs when the time is right.

I tend to analyze just about everything until I fully understand the process or get bored with it. I think it's a healthy quality :)LOL. Smarter than many, but not educated beyond a handful of college courses, I am still looking for the perfect career that will include hard work but does not feel like hard work because I enjoy it so much. Currently I am happy with my employment but a future that would be close to the land would make me very happy.

I trust everyone in general and no one in particular until I feel I know a person's character. I am very loyal but I will walk away from a friendship or relationship if the bonds are broken by dishonesty or anything that deeply challenges my ethics.

With a dry sense of humor, I love to laugh but not at slap-stick humor or anything that removes dignity...well, at least not for long :) I can be comfortable in large groups depending upon the mix of people but I prefer one-to-one or small group conversations. If a man can genuinely make me laugh, he's got my attention.

When I decided to live to be 150 years old, I tamed my somewhat wild ways. I eat seafood and vegetarian fare but I do not feel it appropriate to dictate what another person chooses to eat. I'm an equal opportunity consumer: eat what you want, wear what you want and respect me for my decisions too.

I believe a positive attitude can solve almost any challenge in life. I also believe everything in life happens for a reason.
