About Glass_Tiger
Interests:
I search for my Soul Mate. My center. I Dream of her at night only to awaken without her in my arms. In the splinter of my mind's eye I can see her, but I can never quite make out her face and seems to forever be on the tip of my tongue. But I feel her out there. I hear her laughter upon the wind and the brush of her lips against my skin when it is kissed by the sun. She is someone that I can feel in my blood. I hold no expectation as to what she will look like or who she will be, save that she will stir my senses and inspire me as would a muse. I do not seek an image of perfection. She will be someone to run in the night with, someone to dance with me in the fire light. We will chase our dreams together and discover the world together. She will be someone who can make love to me on the beach during a hurricane, or just sit at home together in front of the fireplace. She would love me without fear, Trust me without questioning, Need me without demanding, Want me without restrictions, Accept me without change, Desire me without inhibitions. For a love so free...Will never fly away.
My ideal relationship:
Would be one that is forged out of mutual trust, respect, and that gossamer bond between two people that can only be described as true love. To stand as equals, each the master and the servant, each complimenting and contrasting one another, each lending to the other the very qualities that bring the best out in us. The relationship the couple had in the movie ‘The Princess Bride' would be ideal.
My past relationships:
That you can hold no expectations from one relationship to the next. Each one of us is as unique as a fingerprint, and thus each relationship is a singular prototype that cannot be used to gauge the outcome of the next. What is kept inside our heart from each relationship is what makes us grow as individuals and cannot be easily tabulated or itemized. To look upon each new relationship as if it were the very first, taking the time to learn the myriad of subtle intricacies that a person may have is a good lesson to hold.
My perfect first date:
One that would begin in an upscale swanky restaurant; candlelight, snooty waiter, overpriced cuisine, the whole nine yards. When suddenly, the snooty waiter falls upon the table with a knife in his back. With his last breath he bequeaths a napkin with a map drawn on it. The two of us tip the waiter and leave the restaurant only to find that the kitchen staff is actually a band of murderous cut-throats that are after the napkin. A mind-numbing car chase ensues (of course, the two of us would be riding horses because horses are more romantic) that takes us careening into the jungle that is somehow near the city and to the site of an ancient tomb that the murderous band of kitchen-type people cannot get to because their car is bogged down in the swamp (the horses came in handy after all). In the tomb we find an unrealistically sized gem that we sell for money that we use to get married and invest in our own TV sit-com. That would be a pretty good first date.
