Just wanted to say I'm currently seeing someone, so I am just looking for friends.
My name is Joe. I'm a 19 year old college student at the University of Kansas. I'm from the east coast and decided to come out to KU for Sports Management. I have a lot of goals I would like to accomplish. I'm most likely going to move once I'm done with school unless I find a really good situation here in Kansas. I like writing, mostly about sports, and I can write for a long time about anything I care about. I currently have two jobs, one with the athletics department here and also as a sports writer for a relatively local paper. While I do have two jobs, I have a lot of free time.I would love to spend that free time with someone special...
I love watching Major League Baseball, college men's basketball and college football. I also watch any sporting event I can that's somewhat entertaining and/or important. I like TV shows such as Scrubs, Jericho, Chuck and 30 Rock. In my free time, I occasionally party (if I get invited, I'm there), shoot pool, player poker, watch movies, watch baseball. I love driving around and playing card games.
I love listening to music and going to live concerts. My favorite genre of music is alternative rock. My favorite bands/artists are Dave Matthews Band, Ben Folds, Brett Dennen, David Gray, JM3 [John Mayer Trio], Jack Johnson, Colin Hay, Foo Fighters, Keane, etc. etc. I love listening to jazz music as well.
I'm really open to anyone... so I don't have any parameters for anything. I want to meet someone who I have good chemistry with. I miss being able to hold someone I care about and not have any worries about anything. I don't even know how to describe how someone catches my eye, but I usually notice the shorter girls. Girls with blue or green eyes are beautiful, but that's not a necessity. No preference on hair color or style as I've found girls with short hair attractive (See: Natalie Portman).
My fashion style is pretty simple. It's more prep than anything and I like to represent my favorite teams: Kansas Jayhawks and Boston Red Sox.
On weekends, I usually work in the afternoon on Saturday, and hang out with friends, party and go to /watch sporting events.
