I have been volunteering and training to become a certified Computer Repair Technician in Calgary since July of 2006 and keep busy with refurbishing computers for low-income people in need. I also enjoy helping my friends and family when they have computer problems and was a volunteer in television production for many years in Calgary with Channel 10 (Shaw Cable)Community Television station from 1981 until the television station changed format in 1995 and stopped using volunteers to produce television programs. During my years as a volunteer with channel 10 television station,I worked as a studio camera operator and did on-air voice work for various television programs. I graduated from the Radio Broadcasting Course at Columbia Academy of Radio,Television and Recording Arts college in Calgary in 1987 and was recently a volunteer with CJSW Radio 90.9 FM on the University of Calgary campus. I voiced some commercials for CJSW Radio station and is my goal to continue doing voice work again as a part-time career or as a volunteer after becoming certified as a Computer Repair Technician.
