I'm a grad student in anthropology/history working towards my PhD in anthro. I'm currently getting my secondary teaching certificate in social studies. My career goal is to work as an anthropologist, both in the field and in the classroom. Just working on getting my credentials so I can do just that.

I have very eclectic tastes in a broad area of genres. I love to travel and to meet new people and explore the world around us. I have two dogs (a Border Collie and a Boston Terrier) that I love spending time with and I relish kicking back with a good beer or a fine wine and watching a game, a movie or listening to music. I like being outside riding my bike, fishing, shooting and walking my dogs. I'm a great cook and also an artist (I enjoy creating things). I am probably like no one you've ever met. I'm a little bit country and a little bit city and all me. I'm definitely not a fake and I hate people who don't act themselves.

I am moving back to California soon (I've been in South Dakota the last few years) to be closer to my family and I'm looking forward to being back home in my native state.
