Born in the South, raised as good ol' Southern boy, riding horses and fox hunting, private schools and the lot. Then discovered Theatre and Dance and moved to Europe and trained for five years as well as working with two dance companies in London. That was the 70's. By 1977 moved to New York City and began my tenure as director of my own dance theatre company, that lasted 19 years. During this time performed and choreographed/ wrote/ directed / produced many theatre/ dance projects. Then headed out to San Diego to share my love of the performing arts. Now in Kentucky hanging out with my Auntie Mame, still very active lady, but needs some TLC during the Golden Years. She tells me she is also ready to travel once I can organize the adventure. I want to be able to travel and renew my passion for the performing arts. Hope to find friends/ lovers of the arts secure enough to join in my venture or be part of the financial sharing of life's promises. Have images of buying an old factory in Rio de Janiero/ or maybe New Orleans and making it a theatre on first floor, then art galleries and dance studios on second and third and living on roof. Hopefully with friends who are so inclined, the place is not as important as the realization of the performing arts continuation. Of course my passion can also extend to my friends' passionate endeavors as well, so am not soley focused on my own dreams, but they are ever present and will be realized one way or the other. With passionate lovers of the arts would be ideal- so have dreams will travel.
