Update: Have met someone, I am currently off the market =)

I recently moved to the area and I am looking for new friends. Nothing too serious, altho if things progress into something more serious, I'd be very happy. I don't play games, I'm not interested in just an intimate encounter. I'm funny, sarcastic, easy to get along with, and have a brain that functions. =)

I am not a girly-girl. I don't own a bazillion shoes. I don't have any designer purses. I can change my own oil, gap my own spark plugs, change an alternator and a tire and I can get the lid off the pickle jar all by myself! I don't pay to get my nails or hair done. Hell, I barely have any nails at all! I do like to dress up and be pretty, but I am capable of running to the grocery without mascara on!

I'm not interested in building anything that is long distance. (Anything over an hour drive) I want someone that I can be around, drop everything and grab lunch with, etc. I know there are great people all over the world...but I've moved around so much in my life and I have no intentions of moving out of the Chicago-land area =)

I'm looking for a man that is romantic, funny, not too serious but also responsible when needed. Someone I can rely on. Someone honest and someone flawed. That's right flawed. I'm not looking for Mr. Perfect or Mr. I-think-I'm-perfect. I want an honest, flawed human being who understands that he is flawed and is alright with being wrong sometimes! =)
