I'm an elementary teacher -- I work with ADHD kids all day long, and yes, I'm still sane and have developed a very quirky sense of humor. The kiddos keep me on my toes.

I enjoy everything --Brea Improv, Pantages, movies, museums, live music, offroading, watching DVDs at home -- it's all good, but it's better to do them with someone special. It's not so much what you do, but who you are with.

Car shows are fun. It reminds me of the days when we cruised Tweety and Whittier Blvd. I whitewater raft on the American River every summer -- the Sierras are absolutely awesome. I follow the Angels and the Sacto Kings(don't laugh, there's always next year) and watch Boston Legal -- "Denny Crane" cracks me up.

I was married for over 25 years, divorced for 7. I have 3 grown adult children. Two are on their own and the last one is in college.

What am I looking for? The typical wish list: humor (make me laugh and it's worth 85 points right there), having a job is good, car that runs, etc. I'm not into drama, so hopefully you aren't either. I've learned being fairly local works best. I've done the long distance thing, and ...........there's just not enough time to put into a relationship.

I work in basically an all-female environment sooooo, I'm here. I don't particularly relish the thought of internet dating, but it beats walking up and down the grocery store aisles trying to make eye contact or hanging out at Home Depot. Part of the "chemistry" thing is the connection, and you can't connect until you meet. So, hope to hear from you!

I like who I am (took me long enuff to get here) and I know what I'm looking for. I'm financially secure, own a home, and debt-free, and not into drama.
