I am 61 years young and have been single since 1998 when my partner of 14 yrs. passed away. I have dated since then but have not met the person whom I would like to spend the remaining years of my life with yet. I am a very honest, caring and compasionate person who is fun to be with (so I am told). I have a wonderful group of friends who are straight but am missing the friendship of other lesbians. I would like to find someone who enjoys some of the same things that I do and I could enjoy some of the things she enjoys also. I love to share not only the good times but the bad. I am not one to run from a situation but would rather sit down and sort it out. Relationships are work and in order for them to grow, time and patience and understanding is essential. Must be able to communicate feelings, thoughts and desires as I am capable of.
