Mentally and physically I still feel 24, so If you can keep up, I am your man. After being single for the last 3 years I feel I am ready to settle down again with that special someone and have a lot of fun. I work out 6 days a week and I do not expect you to; but you must be height/weight proportionate and take care of yourself by not smoking, taking drugs, or drinking excessively. I played hard in my 20's and 30's and glad that part of my life is over. Family, friends, career, and being healthy are my main focus now. My favorite time of the day is in the morning. I am very honest and sincere so if either of us are not interested, it is important to communicate that in the beginning. Hope to hear from you.
