Arrghh the dreaded "about me" ...well,I just recently moved to the Louisville area from Phoenix, AZ. I've been bored of AZ and tired of the summers there for some time and a friend in KY talked me into moving here so, tuhdah, here I am. I love it here so far and I'd like to make new friends and possibly more if I find the right person. I'd describe myself as well rounded in many ways. I'm super friendly, I know a little about a lot of stuff, I'm mechanically inclined and "manly" at times but have softer qualities as well and I'm a great communicator. I'm definitely not your average "guy". I know you've heard that one before but I promise you, I'm really not ;) I'm quirky, sarcastic, quick witted, and a bit eccentric. Humor is one of my better qualites and I look for that in others. There's not much better than a good laugh...well almost;) At the risk of sounding too metaphysical, I'm a true Pisces. I'm very sensitive & caring and I tend to shower my special someone with ungodly amounts of affection. Yes I do all the little silly things like having a treasure hunt waiting for you when you get home and random cards & goofy gifts. I'd like someone who could reciprocate that or at least appreciate it ;) There really is never a dull moment and I can find fun & humor in ANY situation! I have romantic tendencies and a high libido, and little fetishes that you'll just have to find out for yourself :) I can also talk the leg off a chair.

I dropped out of the rat race 10 years ago and followed my "inner voices" (don't worry it's all good) to become a self sufficient artist/entrepeneur. Beginning in ceramics, I eventually came into glassblowing and found my niche. I've since been doing that from a home studio and have 2 separate businesses that produce a plethora of artistic and functional glass items. I have a very strong work ethic and dedication & that has been of great benefit to my operation. Working for myself also allows flexibility in my schedule at times so if you wanna play hookie from work and stay home steaming up the windows all day with me I may be able to pencil you in ;)

I'm a big music nut and my palate is vast, not so much new country or hip hop though. I play bass and a smidge of guitar, and like to experiment with noisy projects in the basement, primarily of the indie/experimental sort. I love to socially cook over a bottle of wine & good converstaion, or eat out ethnic food & sushi...mmm sushi. Sorry, no Olive Garden or Chili's. I enjoy art exhibits/museums, travelling, outdoorsy stuff, seeing live music, comedy, road trips, etc. I don't dance and I'm terrified of big rides at amusement parks. I don't much like spiders but I'll don my armor and dispose of one should it frighten you my dear. I'm handy (and handsy) around the house and can reapir/install just about anything ;) I have a more cute-boyish charm than a macho, manly appearance and demeanor so if you go for the Paul Bunyan types I'm not your guy. Generally I'm a happy go lucky sorta person & I don't let things get me down. I'm confident and strong willed and where there's a will...there's a way. I'm not necessarily looking for a gal that shares ALL of the same interests however. I'm always up for learning new things and turning others on to new & exciting experiences :) Closed minds need not apply.

So why am I single you ask? Well, I guess I just haven't found that one gal that lights my fire & keeps it lit. Sure dating is fun, but I'd ultimately like to find that special one that just never ceases to amaze & enchant me. Someone as true blue and loyal as myself, with a beautiful mind & heart. A best friend, and partner in crime.

Turn ons: I like a girl that takes care of herself and doesn't indulge in yuckie food & sodapop. A good sense of humor is a must, quick witted sarcasm is a plus. Intelligence...you don't have to hold a degree, just please have an IQ higher than that of a coffee table. I loooooooove dark hair, but it's not a dealbreaker...you can always dye it haha ;) Honesty and good communication. Loyalty - being cheated on sucks. Loads of affection. A wide open third eye.

Turn offs: Grody feet...you're a woman, take care of those pretties. Liars. Closed minds. Slobs...I'm a bit of a neat freak so humor me. Irresponsibility. Inconsideration. Homebodies or couch potatos. Bad teeth. Materialism. Religion. Politics. Sports-I don't much care for them but don't mind if you do...just don't expect me to hoot with you when your team scores ;)
