I'm a fun gentleman who loves to be outside doing things as well as inside enjoying doing nothing. I'm 55 in August which makes me a Leo and I am all Leo. I enjoy great conversations, dining together, enjoy missing someone special, feels good to know someone is there for you. I miss that. I really hate dinners alone. I am honest. I have lived a charmed life and I regret very little.

What is better than laughter?
It is the best.
But friends are better.
My life for me is good.
I love my work.
It allows me to be creative everyday. To listen to fantastic music everyday.
I get to meet some of the greatest people everyday and I get to make a great living from it.


I really enjoy the arts. Live music in small clubs I thoroughly enjoy. My musical tastes are so varied we can talk about them some other time.

Discovering new restaurants from lil' dives to five star dining is fun. Cooking for friends just as much.

Reading and writing are a great passion of mine also. As is golf. I really love live theatre. I also have acted in and directed plays. Hey I'm a native So.Cal. boy a bit of the "bug" (acting bug) is in me.

I want to make some great friends and if I meet someone who becomes someone special for me and I for her,

I would love to meet a woman who is comfortable dressed to the nines or all grunged out. A woman who would enjoy being called an Elegant Tomboy. A woman who wants her man to be a Man. A woman with whom I could have fun and grow together with. I want what the human heart desires most.

Ladies, I ain't a bad sort of fellow really. I am a great romantic type of guy. I love being a man. I believe in chivalry and do my best to keep it alive. Manners and patience are very important to me. Most everyday I try to find ways of improving myself mentally, emotionally, physically and personally because I like becoming a better human being.

I also would like to hear from you even if it is platonic. I enjoy going to dinners, to plays, museums and walks or anything really. I like people and being with them. Aren't great conversations the best?

The main red shirt pic is from 04'. I had just moved to Portland, Or. Stayed there for 2 years.
The barber photo is from 07'. I've lost 20 pounds since then and I look more like I do from the 04' picture.
I like being fit and healthy and do work at staying that way.
